Who am I?

Registerd Nurse, Boulderstone Technique Practioner, Mother, Advocate.

What is more profound than to heal? My desire to understand the art of healing has captivated me from a young age and unsurprisingly propelled me into healthcare. Unfortunately, during nursing degree I was dismayed to witness my patients and colleagues health continue to deteriorate despite our modern medical advancements. Despite my best efforts, I was not well either. During this time I was spending a lot of time in Calais (France) with asylum seekers as well as volunteering at a soup kitchen & food bank here in the UK but felt ill equipped to support these individuals with their trauma. I found myself in a cycle of sickness and overwhelm.

Thankfully I discovered The Boulderstone Technique (TBT) which was a revelation. At last I had found a highly effective healing modality that enabled me to embody what I knew intellectually to be true.

The Boulderstone Technique has gifted me with the skills to reconnect to peace & maintain my own health. It has empowered me to not only continue to work with trauma and disease without succumbing to them myself but to effectively treat these conditions too! The Boulderstone Technique is the most effective healing modality I have come across and its applications are limitless!

After graduating & qualifying as at TBT practitioner I decided to work part time as a district nurse & dedicate the rest of my time to TBT. Aside from working in our clinic in central Brighton I also ran a very successful (voluntary & free of charge)  clinic working with Afghan refugees in a hotel in Kent. I quickly realised with the demands & cultural barriers in place I was best positioned to specialise in women’s health & focus the majority of my therapy around the women. This work had a profound impact on me & I am constantly looking for ways to continue and scale this work in the future. If you feel inspired or inclined to support me with this please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Aside from my healing work I am a mother to wild toddler & love spending every spare minute I can in nature. As a dyslexic, I have always associated being outside with a sense of freedom & relief after escaping the classroom and academic work!
